This depends on whether it is an International or a Domestic order. All orders within the U.S. are considered domestic orders and they are shipped and delivered within 2-5 business days. Please see International Orders for more details.

I accept PayPal, Venmo, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Need payment plans or other options? Reach out to me and I can give you other options.

I will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 2 business days, please contact me at 717-884-2192 or through the contact page via this website.

Please be aware before purchasing a digital download that digital downloads are NON REFUNDABALE. This is the norm for almost ALL digital products across the board in all countries. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions page of this site for further instruction and information.

If you have purchased a tangible (physical) product from The Design Fairy and are not happy with the quality of your item, please contact me as soon as possible. If I cannot make it right for you or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days of placing your order, I will refund your order provided the items has not been overly washed, worn, or stained.

Additionally, CUSTOM ORDERS are non refundable as I am unable to sell these items to other customers. This is also the norm in this industry.
