Due to the nature of digital products, all downloads are non-refundable after purchase. This practice is the norm and widely accepted for almost all digital products.

You also enter this purchase knowing that there may be some work required on your end to:

1) know how to download the product to your device and save it

2) print it yourself from your device and/or

3) know how to upload it or e-mail it to your local printer if you are choosing to print your purchased design.

You also go into this knowing how to upload the templates into Instagram yourself. While all of my products come with files to help you navigate the basic "how tos" on how to utilize these templates in Canva, WIX, or Instagram, it is not my duty to train you how to use these programs. Therefore, make sure you have at least a basic understanding of these programs before purchasing any templates.

You may purchase a tutorial session or a professional installation session from The Design Fairy for an additional cost in the store. Please understand, this takes time, of which should be rightfully paid for as if you are hiring a designer or website designer.

All physical items may obtain a full refund within 30 days of purchase so far as they have not been worn nor used.
